It is a fantastic location, there are three or four malls within walking distance, two or three supermarkets, the central bus station, the old and wonderful market with fresh fruits, vegetables, meat, and seafood

To be improved

Soundproofing is bad. You can hear about 70-80% of sounds from the street.

This apartment is in a very central location - we could walk everywhere, plenty of facilities around us and just 5 minutes from the central bus station.

To be improved

Unfortunately this is a very noisy location. The apartment is located on one of the busiest streets in Santa Cruz so is very noisy. As there is no air conditioning in the apartment it meant we had to open windows for air which made it even noisier. However, while it was noisy during the day this did not impact on sleeping at night as the bedrooms are back from the street so our sleep was not disturbed.
