“Perfect Stopover”
The best

The rooms were extremely comfortable, the bedding was very soft. The bathroom was clean and well equipped. I have the buffet for breakfast in the morning and the everything was tasty, fruit was fresh and plenty of options to choose from.

“Disappointing”
The best

The room was fine. But reception staff were quite miserable. For a 4* hotel I would expect tea/coffee making facilities in the room but there was nothing and paid vending machine for coffee downstairs. I asked for a kettle and begrudgingly got one but told I shouldn’t as I wasn’t staying in a superior room. B&B hotels much cheaper and better facilities so I would choose there again

Clean. Good location if you don’t want to actually be in Madrid centre. If you do, it’s too far out.

To be improved

They close the bar and restaurant Friday to Sunday!!!! So nowhere to sit in a bar or to actually eat in house.
