Not enough loungers , bad smell in corridors , pool wasn’t extremely clean on our last day, no balcony in our room

The best

Staff were exceptional, especially Daniel who works at the rooftop restaurant/bar. They accommodated my partners dietary needs. They also let us use the pool and stored our bags for a few hours as we waited for our train.

Nothing. I wondered, but really nothing.

To be improved

First of all: dirty. I mean Dirty! You can't be in the room without shoes, you have to sleep in underwear, because linens are not clean enough. The hotel is old, but there is not a reason to keep it dirty. The bathroom was dirty also with rust on the pipes and mold on the walls. Second: we had an 8 hour journey with checkin at the midnight. Room service didn't work, the mini bar contains chips and crackers. Nothing more. And yes the water is flowing from the mini bar. So I could feel like Noah :) This is a 4 star hotel. The room is like an empty box: no sleepers, teeth brush, even welcome water. And yes - very old.

Location to airport and marina. Supermarket directly opposite

To be improved

No tea and coffee in the rooms and there should be a bar up the top of the hotel as lifts can take a while
