Staff was friendly - they were attentive to my dog and brought a special cushion.

To be improved

The maintenance is disaster. First room had a water damage, wooden floor was bent, room smelled mould. No one from the staff seems to have noticed?!. Bathroom of second room had a pevious water damage too which was so badly fixed. Taps were loose, silicone nor properly put etc. HIDDEN Fees! Was additonnaly .charged 50€ for 2 nights stay for my dog. These costs should have been brought to my attention before booking. Transparency missing there. Costs for breakfast are also mentioned, so....!
