The best

From the moment we arrived until we checked out nothing was too much for the team at the hotel especially as we were travelling with our dog. They just helped with everything - they were truly exceptional. Thank you

Friendly atmosphere, perfect parking ability in secure garage. Room with great view at 7th floor as described when booking. Clean. Breakfast good variety.

The best

Noisy rooms, too hot in the rooms with no adjustments available - hotel staff were not helpful with my request to cancel my stay early to change hotels for a better night's sleep - I would not recommend this hotel

The best

Temp controls did nothing. It was noisy in the halls andthe mattress was firmer than I like. Need grips in the tub—it was slippery and someone could get hurt. Nice rain shower head and easy walk to town.

The best

A centrally located and very well run hotel with charming staff and very convenient underground parking. Our 9th Floor room had a spectacular view of the Park and Historic quarter. Would definitely recommend and return.

“A highly recommended hotel”
The best

Fantastic hotel in Vitoria. Location is excellent. Fantastic views of the Cathedral if you happen to be on that side of the building. Everything is well maintained. Even the classic nH aroma in the lobby welcomes you. Rooms are very well sized and well equipped. Toiletries are of very good quality. Special mention of The Staff. Everybody was very friendly and helpful.
