“Pleasant but warm stay”
The best

Good location. Pleasant staff. Good size room with nice shower. Aircon only for heating at this time of the year. Found the room too warm to sleep and too noisy with the window opened. Think fans should be at least provided for guests in this situation. Nearby restaurant Figal do an excellent and well priced set menu for lunch.

It's amazing. Breakfast is very very good and you have a lot of kind infused. Coffee is the best. Room service is recommended for a quick dinner.

Clean and spacious room, that it was dog friendly. Parking found in front of the hotel easily. Great for a stopover. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

To be improved

It would have been good to have had tea and coffee making facilities in the room.

“A modern city-centre hotel, but in a characterless location and devoid of eating facilities.”

Reception staff were very helpful in finding somewhere open for a meal on Sunday evening. Decent breakfast buffet. Underground paid parking, as well as ordinary free parking in front of hotel

To be improved

Outside hotel's control, but area around hotel is undergoing extensive redevelopment - which makes access difficult.
