“Outdated hotel”
If you want to take a trip back to the year 2000, this is your place. The hotel is extremely dated and it's crying for refurbishment. The doors and walls are thin and you can hear everything, including people on the corridor, doors opening and closing and even your neighbour sitting on the toilet. The glass bathroom door was incredibly squeeky on the runners, you could even hear when your neighbour was opening and closing them. The walls any paint in years, stained everywhere, damaged furniture, non existent air conditioning and as a bonus we got stuck in the lift. Foul smell coming from the bathroom. No plugs by the bed to charge your phone.
“Excellent”
Very clean and convenient hotel. Location is centrcal not far away from train station, historical places.
“Family Stay (two rooms) including 4months old Baby”
Accommodating for our little one. For example, as it wasn’t standard in the room, they kindly provided a kettle so we could prepare baby bottles. The location is fantastic, with plenty of shops and cafés nearby. Contrary to some reviews I read, the air conditioning was not controlled centrally at least in our room. We could adjust it ourselves comfortably. The front desk staff were friendly, polite, and made us feel genuinely welcome. Provided a baby cot but that took up a lot of space in the room. Our rooms were next to each other which made life a lot more easier.
• There weren’t enough electrical sockets in the room. • The bathtub felt a bit unsafe without a slip mat. I had to take extra caution each time I showered. • €15 per day at the hotel that fee felt steep. Plus, parking availability around the hotel was very limited after 8 pm likely why the on-site parking price is so high. •I would have appreciated the usual room extras like complimentary water, coffee, tea, or biscuits items often included in similar hotels.
“It was clean, staff were helpfull · Cons: We arrived on sunday so everything was closed what was a bit inconvenient”

Parking
Everything. Dirty bedsheets with stains, shower not working properly, A/C works when it wants to (not when you turn it off or on), beds uncomfortable, no welcome water bottle in the room, very noisy
