“Looks like it might have been 5 stars 30 years ago. Breakfast had many options but poor quality.”

Hotel is run down. This is not 5 star worthy by any standard. We booked it based on the pool but both pools were closed and looked like they needed rehab badly.

The best

The breakfast buffet was good, but expensive for the area. Good range of choices and good quality. The location was in easy walking distance of many attractions, restaurants and shops. The lobby bar was a good place to sit and enjoy a glass of wine.

To be improved

The were a couple a parties (weddings?) that got quite loud. Other than that, I have no real complaints.

Everything was so nice as always and I felt very comfortable when I stayed at Nh Collection .I have been staying at this hotel for my bussiness trip since 2018 and nothing has changed and they continue to provide excellent service .Thanks once again to everybody who works at Nh Collection A Coruna Finisterre

The best

Everything is just right here: everything runs with a friendly professionalism that makes the stay a real pleasure. After a day of touring by car, you are warmly welcomed upon arrival; check-in is smooth, help is offered with the luggage, and the car is neatly parked. It is a pleasant, comfortable, and elegantly decorated hotel with an atmospheric lounge bar and an excellent restaurant. We certainly hope to return here again.

“verry good, with improvement opprtunities on service”
The best

very good locaton and infrastructure in general, great Gym, wonderful breakfast . In the down side, we asked for the replacement of a water heater (stained and losing water), and it took several iterations until they replace it, with excuses that are not in line with the hotel supposed level: "all are in this shape"....
