Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to inform you that our tourists stayed at your hotel from March 29 until today, April 2, in a Premium Room with terrace. Unfortunately, their experience did not meet expectations. The room provided was neither in proper premium condition nor comparable to the standard implied by its price. Several items in the room were damaged or not functioning properly, and, regrettably, these issues were not addressed or replaced during the stay. Additionally, there was a problem with ants in the room, and the attitude of the staff was perceived as unusual and not in line with expected hospitality standards. When the guests requested a room change to the same category (Premium), but in proper condition (functional furniture, intact curtains, etc.), they were informed that alternative rooms were in even worse condition. Given the above, we kindly ask you to clarify the reason for maintaining such a high pricing level while the room conditions and maintenance do not meet the expected standards. Hello everyone! I would like to share my impression of the hotel I stayed at from March 29 to April 2. For the first time we came to Barcelona to visit this beautiful city. Where our expectations in this hotel were very high unfortunately it is not like that the hotel does not correspond to the five stars it is an old hotel. The administration offered us the possibility to change three numbers and unfortunately apart from the view with the terrace nothing was nice.. I don't want to say anything more.. I'm attaching the pictures, you see...If I come to this city again for sure... But I will never stop at this hotel

Excellent location, a wonderful rooftop bar with a large selection of cocktails. The hotel is located right in the center, with all shops nearby. It’s rare to find a hotel in the city center with spacious terraces like these.

We booked a suite with terrace + breakfast. The suite was excellent. The view from the terrace over the city was astounding. The suite was cleaned daily to a superb standard, including both bathrooms. Having two bathrooms was a fantastic feature. Our only very minor criticism of the suite was no main overhead lights in the lounge and bedroom so we found it very dark on the first night, but adjusted to it as our stay progressed. The hotel location is well placed in the centre, with many sites of interest nearby in walking distance, such as art museums, Sagrada Familia and the beach. The breakfast offered a great choice, including vegetarian options. Please be aware for UK people: there is no full English breakfast available, but plenty of other options which are similar. We enjoyed the 5 star experience offered by this hotel. We really enjoyed our stay.

Stayed for the Barcelona marathon in March 2026, hotel was the perfect location for the run and being a 5 star hotel we expected a little piece of luxury for our stay. Paid a little extra for the roof terrace rooms on level 2. Checking in was seamless as I had completed this online. We arrived a little early but our room was available so we were given the keys an hour early. Stayed on the 2nd floor (room 217) and was immediately disappointed. Room was very small and the room terrace was ok with nice cries but weirdly separated by a staggered wall from the adjoining room. The end of the terrace was covered with Astro turf which unfortunately got wet with rain on our second day and remained slacked for the rest of our stay making it unusable. The room was tatty, with stains on walls, peanuts on floor near the bin and the mini bar cupboard door was hanging off the hinges. Also light fittings were coming away from the wall. If this was a 3/4 star hotel I may have let these things go but for a 5 star I feel these issues are unforgivable. Location is spot on, really central for the beautiful Barcelona. Only a mile or so from the beach.
