The best

A special hotel…wonderful building in centre of Caceres…fantastic breakfast…excellent dinner menu…..can’t fault it ..only problem was trying to find the public car park..very difficult with added problem oc roadworks and diversions

“Amazing hotel staff”
The best

The hotel staff were simply amazing and super helpful, they did more than they could. We arrived very late at night, around 11pm (one adult with two small kids) and the only man at reception brought all our luggage to the room and apologize for not been able to help me to bring the car to the parking as he was by himself at reception. As I had called to the general reservation number to ask if there was a parking in the hotel and they ensured me there was, but then when I arrived at the hotel, I was told I had to go 10min by car to leave my vehicle in a public parking. This was not right by the general reservation number people and in the hotel the man who was there couldn't help more, it was amazing
