“Mediocre Hotel in a nice location”
The best

It’s an ok hotel, not great and not terrible but nothing special at all. Rooms are very small. Bathrooms are quite small as well. Reception was nothing special. The breakfast buffet is excellent however- really outstanding. It’s the location that makes the hotel desirable. I have stayed at much nicer places and probably wouldn’t choose to stay here again if I had a better option.

“Favourite Hotel in Salamanca neighbourhood”
The best

Excellent place to stay when visiting Madrid for leisure or business. Great location, easy to walk anywhere in Salamanca and taxi cabs are always on hand. Staff is always very attentive and ready to help with any request. Will continue to stay at this hotel whenever I visit Madrid.

“Great hotel in the centre of Madrid”
The best

Highly recommend this hotel in the centre of Madrid for business or pleasure. Outstanding customer service from all the staff, namely Angelica in front office, and Mayte & Juan from the restaurant - consistently servicing customers with a smile! Hotel was clean throughout, and location perfect for walking around the centre or commuting beyond.

“responsive service, caring staff, road construction”
The best

We were impressed by the quick response to requests, the care and warmth of the staff, and the attention to detail. Some room for improvement - cigarette smoke from the lower floors was coming up to our 1st floor hallway (a non-smoking floor); sometimes they forgot to refill our coffee (much-needed by jet-lagged folks), and occasional banging noises (not sure where they were coming from). A big negative was the road construction right in front of the hotel door which prevented our bus from coming near for arrivals & departures; not the hotel's fault, but an inconvenience nonetheless, especially for luggage transfers. Perhaps a side door could've been opened during this time.

“Amazing waiter”
The best

We highly recommend alejandro for such being amazing waiter to us and we really appreciate your help with everything, both on the work side and just the way you've treated us especially everytime we ordered foods and you still trying to understand and communicate with us, keep it up 👏... for sure we will come back again and look for your service 😊 until we meet again alejandro 😊
