NH Collection Palacio de Burgos

Dance World Cup Team Canada brought me to Burgos and what analyzing experience. The Hotel is top tier, to me it should be five star not four. The architecture will take your breath away. The food, the staff it all top tier. I highly recomend.

From the architecture to luxury to service this hotel property has impressed. The restaurant may be the best kitchen in town and the servers both at the restaurant and at the bar are very good. In particular we had the pleasure of being served by Luis, an experienced person with incredible knowledge of food and drinks. We ate outside in the tourist area and twice at the hotel, the hotel puts these busy crazy restaurants to shame. Luis no doubt makes a big difference but the decor and relaxed atmosphere of this restaurant and hotel makes all the difference. I am on business travel but brought my wife with me, she loved this place as well.

What an exceptionally good hotel this is. Had a great overnight stay on drive from marbella to london. Polite and efficient reception team. Excellent room and facilities. Restaurant food and service exceptional. And a perfectly reasonable nightly rate. Underground parking very handy for freezing outside temperatures as well. Will always stay here when driving this route. Thanks.
