The best

Hotel parking near. Shame all staff were not more smiling and hospitable in what should be a top hotel. Whole atmosphere and decor all rather austere.

“This is a very good hotel”
The best

This is a very good hotel, and extremely well run. I would not hesitate to stay again. * Concierge and Management: professional, warm and friendly. (Good English spoken!) * Location: right in the centre, so amenities all close by. * Room: spacious with firm but comfortable bed. The separate storage and hanging vestibule was a real bonus, freeing up space in the actual bedroom. The windows' sound-proofing from the busy street was amazingly effective. * Bathroom: well designed with anti-condensation mirror and spacious basin area. Shower had the easiest controls I have ever seen. One issue was that the shower soap pump is in the way of the water, so almost impossible to catch the soap. Bring your own! * Room Staff: very good. Free water bottles daily, and chocolates. * Hotel public areas: stylish, quiet. * Bar: cosy, though bar service was slow. * Breakfast: adequate with good healthy options. However, the only cooked items were eggs, bacon and rice. Nothing else offered and no hot drink refills given. Perhaps it was an off-day! Conclusion: seriously consider staying here - a very safe bet!

Perfect location, superb breakfast and excellent front desk and service. Quality Rooms and with a Bidet! Stayed in chain NH before and seems consistently like this - location, service and breakfast. Will stay again.

We went to Granada for Christmas and stayed at the NH Collection Granada Victoria. The hotel was a wonderful find. It is located right in the middle of central Granada close to everything. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff was outstanding,
