NH Collection Vigo

The staff were so helpful and welcoming. The staff on the main desk were all great. Had a premium room on floor 4. A nicely set out room, with a good bathroom. Had a balcony, but not to sit on. Great situation and very close to the waterfront.

Overall, this was a very nice hotel. Great location, decor, rooms, service. BUT the room was so warm we could not sleep and the temperature is centrally controlled. We were able to crack open the window just a little, but it did not help. We politely informed the front desk and management staff three evenings and three mornings in a row. We got apologies, but no changes. We know that several other hotel guests complained too. We were happy to leave.

Respectful and beautiful hotel. I enjoyed the hospitality and the well mantained hotel ofr couple of days. The hotel has high standards in every sence. Breakfast was good with good servide. Lobby people extremly helpful. I strongly recommend this hotel in the heart of Vigo.

I enjoyed my brief stay at the hotel. Everything was as smart and clean as could be and the shower and breakfast were delicious. The staff were very friendly. I would have liked a room away from the street, so I could open the window, and a softer pillow would have been nice.

The hotel is very good, the staff is very kind, the room is very well soundproofed, excellent Wi-Fi. Breakfast is very good and plentiful. I will come back if I ever visit the area again. Voto 10

We stayed at the NH Collection Hotel in Vigo for three nights in November. From start to finish it was a great stay. From Marina at reception to the smiling faces at breakfast, we couldn’t have been treated any better. A special shoutout to Paula who was full of great and knowledgeable suggestions for our excursions. We had a lovely corner room with lots of windows and doors that could slide closed to separate the bedroom from the desk area. The dining room is spread out with plenty of tables so we never had to wait for our delicious breakfast. The location is excellent, only a few minutes walk to the old town area. There is space for a couple of cars to drop off passengers right at the doors. If you happen to have a car with you, no worries! There is a parking garage directly under the hotel with an entrance right around the block and a fee of €22 nightly, come and go as you please. Would we stay here again? Absolutely!
