“Great location for conferences nice room”

Located meters from football and conference center. Guggenheim is just 1km away as well. Nice rooms! Clean and modern. Only issues were one sink was plugged , nouse upstairs from eitger a noisy customer or construction

“Happy Traveler”

The best

The location is excellent. Very close to attractions and a wide variety of dining and shopping. The staff are extremely courteous and the rooms clean. I would stay at this hotel again if traveling in Bilbao again.

“Ask for street view room”

The best

I was looking forward to staying at this hotel again and it mostly delivers very well. I was disappointed that despite booking months in advance and checking in on-line, prior to arrival (and requesting a room with good light and a walk in shower, we we given a room wth a view of the building next door which had al bind over it, the room was quite dark and the shower was over the bath. the beside table could have had a drawer/ The bathroom did have a stool and 2 separate handbasins though. Reception (who all speak English) is very helpful). There is also a gym on the 7th floor (where there is a fridge of cold waters). All the amenities at the hotel are fine and the room is spacious enough. We did not eat at the hotel but there are dining options nearby it is located in an excellent spot fo an easy walk to the Guggenheim. The nearby park alongside the river is wonderful for a relaxing read or stroll. If I was to visit again, I would enquire with reception to geth a over the front street room (like I had when I visited 10 years ago. We walked in from the railway station (about 15 - 20 mins away).

“Well-located friendly hotel”

The best

Well-located hotel on the Gran Via which allowed us to get around Bilbao easily. Nice welcome on arrival and very helpful information from Aitur regarding local buses, bars and restaurants. We found the hotel room a little spartan with hard surfaces. For example, the wardrobe doors didn't soft close or have anything to stop them slamming shut and felt like they were flatpack from Ikea. Also the gym was directly above our room so there was regular, early morning thumping from a treadmill. We didn't eat in the hotel but found a great little local bar around the corner for breakfast called Cafe Swansea! The bus station is easy to walk to for a visit to San Sebastian and the airport bus stops just outside the hotel.

“Great hotel”

The best

We loved this hotel. It’s very well located. The staff is excellent and the rooms are clean and well appointed. The room rate was very affordable but we were there in February which is low season. The concierge was extremely helpful.
