NH Gran Hotel Casino de Extremadura

Staff at reception were helpful and parking easy to access and direct hotel access. Room was nice but over perfumed plus a little dusty and the curtains needed retiring. Restaurant was nice but place mats were left dirty which isn't a good look Food although the same as everywhere in Spain and quite nice and drinks good. Prices weren't bad. A drinks menu with prices would be a bonus

Glitzy lobby (it is a casino as well as a hotel). Good welcome, with full information about the old town. Excellent room. Dinner overlooking the river. Food up to standard but slapdash service: long wait after ordering, then bread and complimentary appetizers arrive seconds before the starters. Slow clearance of plates, too. Excellent breakfast with much better service. Underground parking at 16€.

Very nice hotel, with parking and casino. The rooms are spaciuos and confortable and the breakfast is very good with a lot of different food.

The mattress needs a change as it is not easy for light sleeper. Floor parquet needs to refurbish. Breakfast is good with nice coffee

The staff at the front desk was extraordinary. We were welcomed after a very long travel day with a wonderful greeting and upgrade to a junior suite. That was an awesome surprise and greatly appreciated. Thank you. The next day they let us extend our check out an extra hour because we had a late bus. The hotel was fabulous and the decor amazing and high class.

Loved this hotel, pretty much everything. Clean, airy, great service, great team. The restaurant was excellent - the menu wasn’t large, but the selection we had was delicious. Try the food gras and artichoke. Easy check in and check out.
