I had a very pleasant stay during my business trip in March 2026. The staff was friendly and professional, the room clean and comfortable, and the hotel very quiet. Great location and excellent value for money. I would definitely recommend it.

This Hotel really takes customer service to the next level. Every single person was super attentive and friendly, from the reception (for example Joabson & Cristina) and the restaurant breakfast service (Nehza) to the room service. Everything was super clean, the rooms well equipped and quiet, you hear basically nothing from the neighbors. It's located right by the river, which is nice to walk about, and close to the center. I would come back here anytime!! The breakfast buffet is outstanding! Absolutely go for it!

Great hotel! Rooms were a good size and always clean, along with the rest of the hotel. The pool area was small, but in a good spot to still be in the sun in the afternoon after being out site seeing. Hotel could be considered a little way away but is a 20/30 stroll through a park area to get towards the main centre of Madrid.

One evening, a colleague and I wanted to have a drink at the hotel restaurant. At that time, several of our colleagues were already dining there, and we joined them at their table. After waiting approximately 15 minutes without being attended to, I went to the bar to kindly ask if someone could take our order. The staff member at the bar (Macarena) asked whether we intended to dine. I explained that we only wanted to have drinks at that moment and might order food later. Her response was that she would not serve us drinks unless we ordered food, as she “needed the tables” and would only serve guests who were eating. This situation was difficult to understand, especially considering that there were at least 20 empty tables available, and around 90% of the guests in the restaurant were my colleagues. Our company had also booked a significant number of rooms at the hotel. I tried to explain this, but instead of offering clarification or an alternative, the staff member simply turned her back on me and ignored me. I do not know whether this behavior reflects an official hotel policy. Even if it does, it could and should have been communicated in a far more polite and professional manner. Having a staff member turn their back on a guest—particularly one staying at the hotel as part of a large group reservation—and effectively prevent them from joining their colleagues solely because they were not ordering food, resulted in an experience that fell well below expectations.

This hotel is a scam for posing as a 4-star and charging 4-star prices, it is 3-star at best. The beds were stiff, the rooms are outdated, the floors in the room are all scratched and worn down, and the shower in the bathroom leaks and gets the whole floor wet. Customer service is also mediocre.
