The best

Amazing breakfast!! I never ate better I will dream the breakfast in this hotel !! Rooms are small but does not matter food and vibe are awesome ! Would recommend highly.

“A lovely stay”
The best

Lovely welcome and we had a brilliant meal when we arrived and every day the breakfast choice was excellent. It was a lovely way to start each day. Nothing the staff could do about the lack of soundproofing for the walls and the fact that the neighbouring doors to the rooms could easily be heard when being closed by other guests.

“Unexpected stay in Spain”
The best

My time spent here unfortunately was due to cancelled flight to NYC. The front desk staff Alberto, Yasmin and Julian was very friendly and accommodating to our needs. The rooms are big and kept very clean. The hotel has a well designed bar and dinning room which provides a great breakfast spread, lunch and dinner. Our hostess Marta was excellent and very attentive. Great experience. 10/10

The best

The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout my stay, making my travel experience truly enjoyable. Had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect for sightseeing, and the hotel staff made us feel at home. Rooms were clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed. Except the parking of the hotel ( very tight place)I highly recommend this hotel.

“Wonderful Stay at NH Ventas”
The best

Excellent hotel in lovely area of Madrid. Walkable to city centre also very good public transport links. Staff were very helpful even though it was busy with New Year celebrations. We would particularly like to thank Manuel on reception who was very friendly and helped us check in early - thank you. Wonderful breakfast buffet, hotel interior, gardens and very quiet well equipped bedrooms. Look forward to returning.
