“OK but not great.”

The best

We stayed for a few days in the hotel in a 'Junior Suite' centred around a concert at the new Roig stadium (10-15 easy walk). The pluses of the hotel were the bed was comfortable (although only one pillow - ask for another), the room was clean, check in was straight forward and the breakfast was very good. Staff in the dining room as others have noted were very nice, friendly and helpful. The negatives were firstly the room layout was a little odd ( see below access to the bathroom round the end of the bed, the blue thing is the credit card sized room key), water pressure was low, the room was a little noisy due to the lifts, the access to the bed area was via a very tight spiral staircase ( impossible to access if you have any mobility issues or are tall or well built) and some of the sockets in the room were not working. There were no prices for the minibar so we didn't touch it based on others experience and the provided tea and coffee was minimal. So all in all OK for a business trip but probably not for a holiday type visit and I think that overall the rating given for the hotel is fair - OK but not great. I have also attached a photo of the current menu and pricing.

“A great hotel experience”

The best

Stayed for 3 nights on a leisure trip with my wife. Everything from the booking in to check out was easy and stress free. The rooms were very clean and serviced daily. All the staff we came across were really helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a good choice of dishes and it never felt crowded. The only issues we had were the shower temperature fluctuated and was either freezing or boiling and the wi-fi connection was slow, albeit you can pay for a premium connection. All in all, we would certainly stay at the hotel again.

“Vuelta nostalgica en Peninsula”

Can´t say the location was spot on BUT the staff made the stay!! To far away from everything but in reach with bus to city center!
