“Great location with poor sound insulation”

Great location for those who like walking. The apartment has pretty much everything you may need. The host is very communicative and responsive.

Windows poor sound insulation, despite the fact that the apartment is on the 3rd floor with a lot of noise outside, you can hear people talking at 3 am which is bad. Noisy neighborhood all together especially on weekends when there's a flea market and the noise starts as early as 6:30 am on Sunday morning.

Lovely apartment, spacious and included everything you'd need for a comfortable stay. Short walk into the City, close to a Metro and also enty of decent cafes and restaurants in the Puerto de Toledo area. Clear instructions on how to collect keys as well

“nice place to stay in Madrid”

the beds were comfortable, the apartment is spacey and the location is central (close to the metro). the host is very friendly and you can find in the apartment everything you need (for a short, but also for a longer stay)

the sewage from the toilet was smelly. I think it's a problem of the building. it was quite nasty.
