Nice Apartment Center City

Since there are cafés and restaurants around the building, it gets a bit noisy at night. Also the bed in the main bedroom was a little bit uncomfortable.

Because it is close to the lovely bars and restaurants and late night opening the noise is really something you need to consider. We read the reviews about noise so came prepared with ear plugs, headphones and even sleeping pills! But even when the Saturday and Sunday late night revellers are gone, there are the motorbikes and bin lorries to consider. That was 1am on one occasion. ..

Though the location overall is very good, the apartment is on a corner with restaurants on all three adjacent corners, which means there was a lot of street noise every evening starting around 4:30 or so, and going on through the evening. Even so, things quieted down by 10:30 PM, and all of the windows are equipped with very heavy wooden shutters, which are great for both blocking out street light and noise. (But also air; I recommend using the fans provided or the air conditioning if needed.) We arrived the day after the major power outage in Spain, which affected a couple of the appliances in the apartment, and we didn't have hot water the first morning. The hosts were very responsive though, and sent someone to fix it while we were out, and everything was fine after that.

The apartment was very loud there was noise throughout the night every night. The shower fixing was off the wall when we arrived. I reported when we arrived but there was no follow up to repair it. The dishwasher was so dirty we didn’t use it. There was a unit on the bedroom which was not attached to the wall and extremely unsafe

The cleanliness was uncomfortable in the shower and the communication with customer service. Just to answer my question I had to wait an hour and 15 minutes. The Sofa wasn’t comfortable.
