Nice apartment in Gracia - Torrent de l'Olla

Never come to this appartment, it was our great mistake. 1. Dirty floors with rubbish when we came, and after our check out they asked for additional 40 euros for cleaning, because we didn't collected our rubbish, after that they wanted 100 euros more from booking 2. Door to the toilet even doesnt close, if someone is in the room, the second person can't go to the shower or toilet, everything will be seen, door from toilet to the room was broken, it was just something. I was in so disappointed appartment for the first time. 3. It is very noisy there, and if you speak normal voice in the balcony, you will be perfectly heard in the room, that is not close. It is not a problem, but they have fine 100 euros for loud speach. So you should think of it while staying, because the manager can come and ask you fo 100 euros. The rules of leaving are inside the room. 4. location not perfect, the beach is 1 hour walking, Sagrada 45 minutes, it is good location, but for these money you can choose something closer to Cataloniya square, that is much more comfortable location. 5. Uncomfortable sofa and the washing machine after that you should go to the loundry, i don't know when they clean it last time.

Our stay in this Airbnb was unfortunately quite disappointing. Here are a few key points: * Access & Entry: The apartment is located around the 3rd floor but feels more like the 5th due to the cramped, steep staircase. There’s no elevator, and the stairs are narrow and poorly lit, making it difficult and unsafe to carry luggage, especially at night. * Lighting Issues: The main hallway lights were constantly flickering, creating an unsettling environment. When we brought it up, we were told this is "normal" and that we just had to wait for it to stop. This response is unacceptable. As an Airbnb hosting paying guests, basic maintenance should be completed before accepting any bookings. * Bathroom Privacy: The bathroom has no proper door, just a flimsy piece of wood that doesn’t even have a doorknob. This made privacy nearly impossible, especially with a group. * Overcrowded Space: While the listing accepted my group of 4 people, the reality is very different. The bed only fits two, and the sofa is not a proper sofa bed: it’s small, uncomfortable, and not suitable for sleeping. The whole space feels extremely tight and congested for four people. * Serious Safety Issue: The most concerning part of our stay was the lack of respect for guest privacy and safety. Just after we checked in, the host asked if they could send someone to fix the oven. We clearly said no, as we wouldn’t be using it and we weren’t comfortable having any outsider enter the place during our stay. Despite this, someone entered the apartment without our consent while we were gone. Take note, they also have a strict 11:00 a.m. checkout and a 4:00 p.m. check-in window, yet they did not use this time to address the issue, and instead, they insisted on utilizing the guests’ time even after we clearly disagreed on this idea, and they did that while we were not in the premises, without our knowledge. This was a huge breach of trust and safety.

Suggest letting reception office to know the location of the local information desk as they were so helpful, but we had to find it ourselves
