The apartment owner is friendly

To be improved

The shower is broken during our stay, we told the agency, but they kept delaying repairs, even when we left (3 days later) the shower was not fixed.and there is only one bathroom in the apartment. There are cockroaches in the bathroom, ants in the kitchen. Dirty floor
