For starters, we were traveling w a sick child and tried to cancel reservation but the owner refused to work with us. We had no other choice than to go to the apartment. It was a bad as the owners customer service! It’s a 1st floor basement like setting with no windows to the outside!!!!! There was one tiny window that opened to the inner clothes drying hallway, but it couldnt be opened bc of a bed in the way. Also, exposed hot wires were dangling right next to the bunk bed and almost got my child! The walls were filthy and the neighborhood is not one you want to be in! Also, read the fine print bc these people want to charge you extra for everything!!! Please don’t book this! We left after seeing the apartment and wasted many hours of our Madrid trip trying to find a new place! Our worst experience after a month of traveling!!
