Nice apartment on Las Americas Beach

Sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable for 2. so used camp bed which was ok and put sofa bed back to sofa. Apart from that apt was exceptional 😁

The price and location was great only issue was the bed was a pull out Futon sofa bed that was not very comfortable for 2 fully grown adults, room was clean and tidy and well equipped with just about everything you would need

Std. of sofa beds. One was short for me; 190 cms tall. It was uncomfortably hard for wife who had to buy extra beach matress to be filled up by air to help. Better, but still uncomfortable and unacceptable. The other sofa bed was old, dirty in general with unethical spots all over. 4 of the wooden supporters underneath were broken with primitive long plank as a trial repair. Impossible to sleep two, impossible to sleep through the night. Complaints were issued immideately with several communications throughout the stay. Eventually promise to change given 5 days before departure. Nothing was changed. Several extra woolen over covers dirty. No sun on balcony, neither morning nor evening. No internet unless extra pay.(In 2023!) When complained, he answered; "you got what you paid for" and had nothing else to offer than an "upgrading" 4 days later, which we did not accept. Garden City/Club Olympus offers 6 levels of standards, with 3 lowest from 72, 82, and 102 €. Kostas flat number 142 was the smallest std, he charged 104€ per night. After arrival he only communicated by verbal messages on "Whats App" and refused my above mentioned comment, to which I stated, we will obviously never agree. It is my humble opinion that Kostas flat or Kostas responses do not serve the good benefit of Booking.com
