It is a studio apartment, not the 1 bedroom that is was advertised. Also we had to park a kilometer away because the nearby lot was full.

“The Rudest Anthonio we ever met”

The owners attitude, Antonio, was extremely argumentative, not taking responsibility for anything pointed on to him, blaming the previous guests for everything wrong such as broken door key, stained towels, broken inverted split unit in the apartment.... He kept on saying that he is Italian....and we shouldn't push him with our dissatisfaction and demand on fixing things for our stay!! The hot water was barely warm for taking a shower for one person. When he texted him, he said we are the only people ever said water wasn't hot enough. He came to the apartment the next day and checked the waterman, and he kept saying he didn't understand why it had happened. Then he changed his mind and said this was an old unit and he wanted to change it. He asked us to leave the apartment for 3 hours so he could have someone to come and change the unit. Couldn't get the toaster worked the first day of our stay. He came over and said it's an old toaster and needed to be slammed every time to be used. The coffee machine wasn't working the first day either. He came over and scratched his head and started interrogating us how we used the machine and why this had happened and it was in good working condition prior. The next day, he said yeah he looked at it." It seems like the problem was with the coffee capsules, and he is going to drop off a new one. My wife pointed out that he should have checked the apartment to be in good order before renting it to the next guests, which wasn't received well.bhe raised his voice almost in yelling at her.. I texted him that we are on vacation and wanted to have a peaceful stay and not look for an argument with him, and rather he left his repairs after we left. He texted back that the repair was scheduled before and can't be canceled. He made some racist remarks about me and him being an Italian...

“Fantastic apartment in Malaga centre”

A fantastic stay here, Antonio & Rita are very helpful and friendly, the apartment is very comfortable, good WiFi and incredibly clean. Great location with lots of restaurants and cafes nearby as well as the marina and beach 10/10

Horrible experience and the worst service ever. When I checked in during the day it seemed normal, but at night I found the apartment infested with lots of cockroaches, ants, and other bugs. The manager insisted that they could solve the problem with just a spray. The very next morning we agreed to check out and get a refund. But they only refunded me 16% of my deposit without any explanation, even though they started selling the apartment as soon as I checked out. And they insisted that the apartment was in perfect condition. I never think that an apartment with bugs is normal.
