This apartment is in much worse condition as expected. There is a long list of inconveniences like furniture surfaces are sticky, bathroom stinks of plumbing, cockroaches showing up at random places of the flat, there is a party place under the building and weekend days they play loud music till 2am and tge communication with the rental company is awful. They just ignore you, the representative does not speak languages and unresponsive. Parking impossible at the area and parking buildings are pretty expensive

Sea View and central location

To be improved

Intermittent smell from plumbing in bathroom. Hot water in shower does not last long issues if you have long hair rinse conditioner out. No windows in bedrooms or ventilation. Needs repainting and good scrub. No AC in the apartment whatever with no windows in bedroom very stuffy and hard to sleep
