Nice flat in Barrio de Salamanca-PORV16

Cramped Bathroom. Was asked to use the Handwash Soap for Bath.. This is a first for us. The Utility area to access the Clothes Drying Strings is a nightmare - Scratched my back multiple times. The response time to advise about late checkout - While I kept requesting confirmation of late check out time - I was given only till 1 pm instead of 11am and that too less than 24 hours before. In all fairness - My each and every query was responded too - however communicating that I cant confirm Late Checkout - while being responsive is "Not Helpful". Similarly for Check - In I was earlier informed that there would be incremental charges for Check-In post 6 pm from 20 Euros Onwards. So I had to reschedule my arrival to an earlier time by paying a rescheduling a charge. The irony was that the Check-In was a "Self Check-In" thru an Internet Based Unlocking link. Could not understand why an extra charge is applicable for a "Self Check-In" thru an Internet Based Unlocking Link. To summarize - my disappointment is more with the "Non-Customer Sensitive" Policies & Rules and not with the Response of the Host/Representative.
