“Cooking is impossible in this accommodation as the main power switched off”
The best

Unfortunately, the electrical power switched off on the second night and we stayed without electricity for more than 20 hours in very hot weather and dark night, which is a very bad situation for us and our kids. The agent didn't help us even didn't reply to our calls. They put us in pad situation where we need to check the electrical main power and switched on/switched off which is very dangerous. Novasol offer us a hostel accommodation with 1 star and asked us to pay for the hostel from our money that we didn't agree. It was a very bad experience and I didn't recommend this for a family with children.
