“Budget-friendly apartament close to the public transportation”

The best

Great value for the price. This is a small apartment in a high-rise apartament complex, so not a hotel. Well-equipped kitchen and bathroom, nice view from the balcony, air conditioning works, nothing is broken or in bad shape. Bathroom looks like it was recently renovated. No noises from neighbours or any other typical shortcomings. There was a friendly guy handing over the keys, despite the fact that I arrived much later than expected. Very good contact with the owner during my stay.

To be improved

Batteries in the TV remote were dead, but this was not a problem for me (who watches TV?). Location is 50/50 - close to the train station (+) and local shops (+) but at the same time a bit away from the sea (and you need to descend/climb quite a bit to/from there). But again, I knew about it beforehand so it doesn't impact my score.

The best

Communication with owner was good and effective. The apartment is situated on 7. floor, with a nice view. All in all, the apartment was very good value for money compared to everything else in the area, in the time of booking (very high season) I can definitively recommen this place :)

The best

Nice studio, good position and nice view. A bit far from the beach. Handymand Cesar is always available and a really kind person. He takes care very well of the the pool ,garden and all we needed.

To be improved

The motor of the air condition on the terrace was really uncomfortable because it was not possible to stay outside if the air conditioner was running. Some things must be better fixed in the bathroom : mirror, the drain under the sink and especially the shower's doors
