The location is fine, the quality of accommodation and cleanliness are also average.

The process of check in was horrible. We was in contact with person, who should make a check in with us. We informed her, when we expect to arrive to Sevilla (earlier than 15PM- check in time). So we agreed to wait till 15 PM and meet in from of the apartment in time of official check in- 15PM. It was no problem. But in time we arrived(15PM) we found out, that the apartment isn´t ready and the previous hosts have still their stuff there. We was asked to leave and come back in one hour. It was really rainny day and it caused us many troubles. I can understand that complication can happend, but it was very poorly communicated. We could have been informed before we arrived. And we would also have expected some apology and possibly compensation. But the employee was really very annoying and strict. Only after returning did we ask for compensation but the accommodation did not comply with us with the explanation that they were not responsible for anything. Than only booking.com helped us. Book other accomodation if you want to have a nice and smooth stay.

The best

Good localization, close to bars, shops and centre of Seville old town, big plus for terrace, it was perfect to sit in the evening and enyoing the city view. The apartment had everything you need for couple days stay, it was cozy. The owners were helpful and nice.
