“Amazing location, responsive support to issues via WhatsApp and in person. Apartment was secure with key codes for main entrance and apartment so no keys 👍 clean and spacious. · Cons: A/C didn't work they investigated and advised part needed offered move to 1 bed apartment but we needed the space of 2 bed as booked, provided 1 temporary fan from their office for stay which was better than nothing but felt they should have really had more fans brought in for such emergencies. Cut toenails found on the terrace and no clothes airer until we requested. Suggestion for improving experience Could really do with shelves in the bathrooms as there was nowhere to put your toiletries and the sinks are very small”

“The location and facilities were perfect for us. The kitchen had plenty of amenities and there was a drying rack for clothes in addition to the washing machine. It was an easy walk from everything. · Cons: Management is not present onsite but is very responsive via WhatsApp. I believe their offices are nearby. The option to include breakfast after making our reservation required going there and paying for it separately which didn't work out for us since they opened after we were hoping to eat so we wound up getting breakfast at a place nearby and buying groceries at the carrefour express around the corner which worked out fine.”

“Spacious apartment and good facilities. The location was perfect. Everything on your doorstep and only a 6-10 minute walk to main sites. · Cons: Given it was 38 degrees Celsius it would have been nice if the air conditioning had been on When we arrived... But all in all, no complaints.”

“Convenient and clean”
The best

Location is awesome. Central and safe. Room was big and clean.

To be improved

Shower needs some attention as water leaks when showering into the bathroom area. But overall a perfect spot to stay at.
