Nivia Born Boutique Hotel

The staff members were exceptionally kind and courteous (over and above than most hotels in my experience). Thank you! As many people have said the location is very convenient. The room was clean and otherwise quite basic. It did not feel like a 5 star boutique hotel. I know that it is centrally located and one would have anticipated noise from outside; it was noisier than i had anticipated. Thanks again to all staff members.

Very beautiful Boutique Hotel Clean, beautiful, silence place even is directly in the middle of city. A very good Manager ❤️ A little bit disappoint because of Rooftop it was close this time ( I hope next time it will be open ) It will be nice more Champagne’s choice or Cava ( Organic??? ) With some years ago, it was possible to eat Oysters…. It will be nice to have this choice again 😊 Thank you 🙏

Our second visit to this outstanding hotel. The location cannot be bettered for a city break in Palma . The rooms offer style and comfort and are impeccably serviced . Big comfortable beds , great showers with lots of hot water , and in our room a whirlpool bath too ! The ( mainly young ) staff are a credit to the hotel , smart , courteous , very efficient l and nothing is too much trouble for them . Nice little service touches , robes , slippers , local eau du parfum , and chocolates left every evening Breakfast is a very nice affair served inside or on a 6th floor terrace , a self service buffet , and a really good à la carte cook to order selection are available , and are unlimited in the B&B rate . Talking of food , the Born area can be an expensive tourist trap , but for €24 the hotel offers a really nice 3 course menu at lunchtime , including a drink , and it puts a lot of other local places to shame . All in all we can’t find fault , and won’t look anywhere else in Palma .

just now New We have just returned from an amazing stay at this hotel. Location was superb- a short walk from the cathedral / shops / beach so was ideal for our two nights of exploring the local area. Check in was super easy- we were able to leave our bags at hotel as we arrived early and were even given a welcome drink. Staff had taken our bags to the room and when we returned from our day out the lovely lady on reception took us to our room to go through anything we needed to know. Room was faultless. Very very clean and well thought out room with plenty space to get ready etc. We were left a lovely note and bottle of cava- the little touches like this really made this hotel stand out. The two girls we encountered at check in/out (apologies I didn’t get their names) were a credit to the hotel and could not have been more helpful. Would highly recommend this hotel for anyone wishing to stay in Palma. 10/10

Great little modern hotel in an ideal location in the heart of Palma. Room had everything we needed and enough space. The staff make this place and would happily return.

A wonderful three night stay at The Nivia Born Boutique Hotel. In the perfect location within a ten minute walk of the impressive cathedral and all the city centre attractions. Our room was spacious, modern & spotlessly clean. The staff were really friendly with nothing too much trouble. Plenty of choices for breakfast which were delicious. I wouldn’t hesitate booking this lovely hotel again, highly recommended.
