The best

Absolutely beautiful and amazing hotel and resort. Room was amazing, the service was very nice and helpful. The location was perfect in Palma Mallorca! Would strongly recommend and hope to be back.

The best

This is our second visit and we have rebooked for a third visit. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by the staff who are fantastic and recognised by Mina at customer services. The whole team here are very attentive making us feel VIPs.I can not recommend enough this delightful hotel and staff.

The setting of the hotel is second to none. Stunning views and direct access to a magnificent beach

To be improved

Our premium sea view room was very small. While the bathroom was very nice, the shower was disappointing and badly needed to be upgraded. Towels while spotless really had reached their end of life and not up to a 5 star standard. No face cloths were provided.

We are traveling regularly to the Nixe Palace Palma (1-3x per year) for the last 10 years.Never have we experienced any issues but indulged in pristine hospitality. The team members from all departments are never shy to ensure a true and genuine welcoming atmosphere.After more than 10 years we wish to salute to a sterling job - well done.The following staff members are true ambassadors of the Nixe Palace Palma: Mrs.Emy, Mrs. Nina,Mrs Aroa (Reception) sorry if we missed somebody. Mrs.Carol, Mrs.Angela, Mrs.Jessica and Mr.Ceferino (Breakfast) sorry if we missed somebody. Mr.Juan (bar service) and the three gentleman from the porter team , sorry we missed the names.Mea culpa! “INCOMPARABLE ‘GUEST SERVICES’”

07/12/25. 13:30. I visit this superb hotel once every year just for a lunch at the hotel’s ‘269 Bistro’ which is open to non residents. The Guest Relations lady whom I was asking for at reception was on holiday. A huge society wedding was gathering throughout this area and beyond to be celebrated at the hotel and RUDI at reception was very welcoming and said I would be able to have lunch at the Bistro but with all these many wedding guests perhaps it would be better if I came the next day. I decided that would be a good idea! This hotel is a destination in itself and is renown for the quality of service in all departments. Reception is the most important aspect as the face of the operation and here it’s absolutely faultless! I love coming here for a fabulous lunch in comfort and style that feels exclusive but not ostentatious. This year I didn’t have my annual lunch as the next day was my last on the island and I’d forgotten I had a previous meeting arranged. Whatever, I’ve no hesitation in recommending this hotel just for its reception staff and cuisine and service in its Bistro! See you next year! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Eric Hamilton.

“Wonderful experience all around!”
The best

From the moment t we arrived the team at Nixe Palace Palma de Mallorca excelled and exceeded expectations. The hotel is in a magnificent location with wonderful views of the ocean. Our room faced the beach and has a balcony with lounge chairs that made our nights a special event. The breakfast buffet is well appointed with lots of options and additional a la carte options. Clean beautiful rooms, awesome personnel and an all around wonderful team made our experience memorable...we have found our go-to place in Mallorca!!!
