Nobu Hotel Ibiza Bay

I left a purchase in my hotel room and tried for a long time to get in touch with them — I never received a response. The official email listed on their website keeps bouncing back. Honestly, this is the first time I’m leaving feedback like this, and it will be the last time I stay at this hotel. I am so frustrated that I will make sure to leave this review everywhere I can — it is simply unacceptable that a hotel of this level cannot provide the most basic ability to be contacted. I do not recommend it.

We enjoyed the most amazing celebration weekend at this stunning hotel at the end of the season in October. It exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable — warm, attentive, and genuinely personal. The team went out of their way to make our stay truly special. Our room was beautifully appointed with luxurious details and a few surprise treats that made us feel incredibly spoiled. We would certainly recommend booking a sea view room if possible. It was the perfect setting for a luxury weekend break, with gorgeous pool areas to relax around. A huge thank you to all the wonderful staff for creating such magical memories — we can’t wait to return!

We had an amazing stay! The staff was incredibly kind and professional, and housekeeping did an amazing job keeping everything spotless. A special mention to Luca at reception, who truly went above and beyond, he helped us with our special occasion and made sure we had a room far from the noise with amazing views. His attention and kindness made our stay unforgettable. Highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service and warm atmosphere!

Big floods and lots of rain. But well looked after by the house keeping manager and her team.hotel was flooding everyone was wet from the weather but an unstressed house keeping manager forget her name, helped with everything we needed

We stayed at Nobu Ibiza Bay on the very day of the floods, and we have nothing but words of gratitude. In the midst of a complicated situation, the Director of Rooms personally took care of us with impressive kindness and professionalism. He made sure we were comfortable and relaxed at all times, and his team was equally attentive and helpful. They made us feel cared for and safe, and that speaks volumes about the quality of the staff. The entire hotel is beautiful, too: the rooms, large and clean, the atmosphere, the breakfast, but above all, the people. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for turning a difficult situation into an experience we will fondly remember. We will definitely return.
