“No value for money - grossly overpriced - feel well and truly robbed of my hard earned money!”

Difficult to think of positives to be honest. No shower, had to have cold shower by open swimming pool when paying 330 euros per night!!! Room warm on arrival, can tell they're trying to save money by putting air con on at last minute prior to our arrival! Not made to feel welcome. Feel like the guests working around the owners rather than the owners working around the guests.

To be improved

Was met by female owner upon arrival - given explanation of the property in Spanish, luckily I speak Spanish as it was clear little English was spoken by the owner (I don't expect to be spoken to in English, but on booking.com it says English & Spanish spoken). When asked what time we wanted breakfast, I asked what was the earliest time we could have it and was told 8am. When I said we'd like breakfast at 8am, it became clear that this was inconvenient to the owner as she expressed verbal and non-verbal reluctance to deliver breakfast at this 'early' time, so I'm still unsure why she asked our preference in the first place. We had to ask to be shown where the swimming pool was - no separate towel was provided for the pool. We were told in a message that check in was 6pm, although it says 5pm on booking.com. We had to specifically request a key to lock the bubble door as one was not voluntarily given to us. I messaged to request a key and got sent a photo of a bunch of keys saying that they didn't know which was the key. I'm not sure what they wanted me to do with this information, it seemed like I was just getting presented with problems rather than solutions every time I made a request/enquiry. We subsequently had a discussion in person (with the male owner this time) about the key after returning from a trip out to find food, and before we resolved this, he told us to move our car as we were parked in the 'wrong' place. Again, creating problems for us rather than solving them. Although they did offer to come and try to find which key in the bunch 'may' lock the door, by this time we were so frustrated that we decided to prop a table up against the door so that we felt safe without having it locked by a key. We decided to leave without breakfast as we read the reviews about it's poor quality. I work really hard for my money - this place is NOT value for money!
