Location was very good.

To be improved

Small, didn’t have a big coffee maker just making 3 cups. The sofa bed mattress is bended. The rooms were extremely small. Too expensive for what it is.

The service was terrible vs. the price we paid for the following reasons: - we were charged a damage deposit of EUR400, for which we were not notified in advance through Booking - we got this notice only after we paid without a cancellation option - the apartment we booked was replaced by another one; the replacement one was very good, but the issue was that the addresses of the initial one and the new one were swapped, so we were wandering with lots of baggage from one to another address - the customer service was absolutely useless - we had several questions which were not addressed through the automated customer service, so we called dozen of times to get help, however, absolutely nobody responds to the given contacts (including when trying to understand which is the real address of our apartment after the swap and why we were charged a damage deposit without warning at the time of the property selection.

A spacious, bright apartment with balconies, conveniently located close to the city center. All necessary amenities are within walking distance. A great choice for those who value comfort and the convenience of city living.

To be improved

The apartment needs some cosmetic repairs; the walls are dirty, and the floors were not cleaned at all. When we moved the carpet, we found a pile of trash underneath.

It will be great to provide soap, shampoo and shower gel every a couple of days. Plus if possible to get the internet speed a bit faster
