“The kitchenette was lovely, cosy and useful. The hotel is located in a central area, which was very convenient. The staff also handled our concerns very professionally. · Cons: Due to frequent power cuts, the lift was not functioning properly, which meant we had to climb up and down four flights of stairs. Additionally, the lift was quite small and could only accommodate two people at a time.”

“The rooms were nice ,the WhatsApp chat was good and easy , they were always replying even outside working hours. · Cons: The power kept going on and off. They said it might be an issue of the area cause they try and try to fix it but haven't pinpointed the problem yet”

“Great location, nice room, air conditioning and wifi worked fine. · Cons: Not a real hotel, just a bunch of rooms in a corridor of an old building. There was a mild but clearly perceivable odor from the toilet accumulating during the day with the room closed. There was only one window in the room, small and internal, so not a lot of air circulation.”

“Great room, stressful check-in”

The location is good, the room was clean, and the shower worked well. They also provided free water, which was a nice touch.

To be improved

The payment process was incredibly frustrating. The link didn’t work, I tried multiple cards, and after nearly 30 minutes of failed attempts — close to midnight, after a long travel delay — I honestly wanted to cancel just to end the ordeal. I explained the issue, but the host kept repeating the cancellation policy instead of offering help. I wasn’t trying to cancel at first — just couldn’t pay through their broken system. In the end, I had to create an Apple Pay account just to get it done. Super stressful and not guest-friendly.
