Nordik Apartments Urban - Centro "Oslo"

I was disappointed with the numerous, unclear rules not disclosed before booking, which may result in extra charges if not followed. Some rules are reasonable, like not flushing wet wipes, not smoking in the apartment, and taking out the trash before checking out. Quiet hours make sense, but given Malaga's vibrant nightlife and the lack of soundproof windows, I don’t see how a late-night shower would disturb anyone (Rule No. 7: Avoid showers after 11:00 PM). My biggest issue was the open window directly in front of the bathroom door, which even has its own rule. The apartment building is very close to the one opposite—about two meters apart. Although the neighboring apartment seemed empty, it was under renovation during our stay. The problem isn’t just the proximity; it’s the completely open window with no curtains or protective film and the absurd rule printed on the bathroom door: “No. 5: Be respectful: Wear clothes when exiting the shower.” I came to Malaga to relax, not to worry about accidentally exposing myself in the apartment I booked! Adding a simple matte film, like the one on the bathroom window, to this exposed window would make guests more comfortable and eliminate the need for such ridiculous rules. Also there are a LOT of fake plants - I had to move all of them to the corner of the kitchen furniture since they were taking up a lot of space and were always in the way. In the attached photo of the living room you can see the open window as well.

A courier to put our jackets in would have been helpful.
