Nordik Apartments Urban - Pedregalejo "Reine"

The floor was very dirty and there were a lot of bugs and flies everywhere when we arrived. We stayed for 17 nights so I bought cleaning supplies and bug spray and cleaned it about 3 times just to get the dirt of. It is like someone just puts water on floor and moves it around without actually cleaning. Eventhough the sofa bed is comfortable. It was not made up before we arrived, like promised in booking.com message. We complained and were told to make up ourselves. However there was a broken mirror and a table behind the sofa that we had to move to be able to make the bed. And we had to find a place for that in the small apartment. The appartment shakes everytime a bus drives by or someone closes the downstares door. Probably like that in many old houses in the street . But good to know for future guests :) The two wine glasses had cracks in them and one broke right away, so we ended up throwing them away so future guest would not get hurt. After making up the sofa it was not good to sleep in livingroom because of noise from street, a really loud noice from fridge and then the tv always turns automaticly on at 1am 😅 we unplugged it in the end :) so i dont recommend sleeping in livingroom. We payd the same for this as a hotel that is clean and is cleaned every 3 days or so and you do not have to wash and dry your own sheets and towels. We thought one of us could use sofa bed and this was more spacius than a hotel room , but next time I will rather just stay in a hotel.

The accommodation was good although the door to the bathroom was really hard to operate and kept getting stuck so it was hard to open and close it. It needs changing ideally. It would be good if they offered some tea and cofee.
