Nordik Apartments Urban - Perchel "Skogar"

The apartment is well-organized and beautiful, but we experienced a lot of stress due to the repeated messages and long instructions that we had to read and understand carefully. Additionally, there were several warning signs inside the apartment, such as reminders about not dirtying the towels or facing extra charges. There were four trash bins inside the apartment, which is good for waste separation, but we were required to empty them ourselves. However, outside the building, there was only one container for disposal instead of four separate ones, which was confusing. Another stressful issue was the hallway lighting. It was too dark when entering the apartment, and we often had to use our phone flashlight to unlock the door. The automatic light in the corridor turns off within seconds, making it inconvenient. Inside the apartment, the external lights from outside made it very difficult to sleep because the curtains were too thin. Additionally, the ventilation was poor since the apartment is on the ground floor and located internally within the building. For the price paid, we expected a more comfortable stay. When a guest pays a significant amount, they look for relaxation and ease. We hope you take this feedback into consideration for future improvements.

Missing top sheets. The bed is not comfortable. The sofa as well!

Coffee machine wasn't working. It could be a small booklet with recommendations for restaurants, tourist attractions, transport options, etc. It would be a plus for guests.
