“Good overall. Please fix or replace the mattress”

The property is clean, tidy and quiet despite its size. Location is not that far from the city’s centre and beach. I had an issue accessing the property but was resolved quickly so communication with its management was good.

To be improved

We stayed in room Kemi. The room was clean but the bed mattress was not that good as it had a couple of loose areas ( its springs might come off it) so it might need replacing.

“Decent accommodation”

The best

Decent location, you can walk into the centre in 10-15 minutes. Easy to contact people from property on WhatsApp. Shared spaces kept clean. You can use the washer if necessary.

To be improved

Expensive for what it is (shared accommodation) One of the toilets clogged twice while we were there and the shower flooded. Walls are very thin so you can hear people in other rooms/ people entering & leaving the apartment. There was no oil to cook, pepper etc.

Clean and had all equipment needed , kitchen very good equipped , nice tidy room

To be improved

The toilet was constantly blocked but don’t think it’s a host fault but other people staying has put some wet wipes to it where pipes in Spain are fragile . Perhaps some instructions for other people that how to use it would be helpful for the future .

“Very nice, cosy and clean room, so close to city center. Ideal for small stays”

The best

Everything was perfect in the room. We were really satisfied with what we've gotten. The rest of the apartment was also very well equipped, additionally the communication with the team was clear and good, everything was explained thoroughly. The location was also fine and close to the historic center, We needed around 7-9min walk to reach it. In the neighborhood we could also find supermarkets and everything we needed.

To be improved

- The fact that there's no private bathroom - There's no possibility to leave our luggages if we arrive early or have to leave the city too late (as it was our case) - The check-in is a bit too late and check-out too early

It is on third floor and no elevator , very narrow staircase. You advertise it has a balcony or patio. It doesn’t.
