“Gata de Gorgos hotel”
The best

It seems to be the only hotel in Gata de Gorgos, a village not far from Denia and Javea. There is a tram stop. Most visitors seem to stay here because of the very reasonable prices and the easy commute. The village is very authentic and the gorge is beautiful. Rooms are standard.

To be improved

The hotel had no charm and probably few visitors in November but even so I got a room that had clearly been used (untidy beds). After my complaint I got apologies and a new room. The supersize bar/restaurant with few tables was very empty in the evening.
