The location is perfect if you want to stay in the Central Historic District.

To be improved

There is lots of party noise almost every night between 2 am and 7 am. If you crave peace and solitude, this isn't the right apartment. Also, the clothes washing machine did not work. I contacted the management and they said they would fix it. However, it was not fixed and we used the nearby llavateria to wash our clothes..

I was there during a rainy cold spell and I didn’t find any way to warm it up. I didn’t want to use the oven.

“The Bare Minimum”

No Heating. I had to buy warm bed covers. The main studio is very dark no sunlight. No furniture on terrace the bare minimum 2 chairs n picnic table. No reading light. The bed is a camped.
