Location was great. Close to the airport and close to the stadium we were attending a concert at. Staff friendly

When booking, I filtered my search for a hotel with a pool for my children and booked my flight times around idea of spending time in it. We stayed 30th May and the pool was not opening until 12th June.... Booking..com didn't show the dates the pool would be available

The best

This hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was very well appointed, and the extra bed was very spacious. Excellent room for a family of four. Both breakfast and the buffet were very well stocked and had a wide variety. The hotel was very clean, with excellent service from everyone. Located in a very quiet area, with the metro just a 2-minute walk away and an extraordinary park a 5-minute walk away, where you can walk, have a snack, and relax, without being in the center of Madrid. Thank you all very much, and best wishes.

“Great hotel for transit and super family friendly!”
The best

Easy 10 minute ride from the airport. The place was clean and next to Juan Carlos Park, a nice place to walk and for sports. It is also a 15 min walk to a mall. The breakfast buffet was fantastic with everything you can dream of for a family of five with many different tastes. The restaurant menu was also very good for lunch and dinner.

Breakfast buffet was better last year. It seems that it has less choice. No possibility of eating something at the hotel after 23.00

Overall, a good hotel, with good breakfast. We had lunch there one day, and while the variety wasn't great, it was delicious. The service from almost everyone was good.

To be improved

You have to pay for parking, approximately 25 euros per night, which I don't think you should have, since the location is quite out of the way, far from tourist spots, and public transportation access isn't very good. Although the room looked very clean, when you look at the window, the entire rim was covered in mold
