The best

There were three rooms and one shared room, so a total of four rooms, and a large kitchen. There are shops around the apartment, and it is on a quiet street. The bus stop was about 10 minutes away from the apartment. The owner answered all our questions, and everything was clear.

The toilet door wouldn't lock.

Metro lines L1 and L5 are both like 10 minutes walking from the apartment, there are plenty of the store's nearby

Little bit too much strict rules, you lost key's and you have to pay 250 or 300€ (I'm not sure with the amount) to the owner, you have to be quiet through day and extra quiet after 21:00 because if anyone will complain about you, than can kick you from the apartment...
