Location, clean and comfortable space.

To be improved

Very rude host. Kept us waiting for over 30 minutes to remotely allow access to the property. Would not answer messages or their phone while we waited on the street. Took a week to get around to returning the deposit.

Host was extremely rude to extend any support towards our check-in despite knowing the fact we had delayed flight from Amsterdam to Madrid

To be improved

I had endlessly asked the host and booking.com to process my refund but none had extend any support or even phoned to update me on the status

Beautiful and very well located appartment. The contact person / host was very nice and very responsive.

To be improved

This is an appartment rental fully equipped except you have to pay extra if you want towels... We were asked to separately from the Booking app give a 150 euros deposit to cover damage which would be reimbursed after departure minus 3 euros per towel requested. First time for us to see that. The refund for the deposit was very short of the amount agreed and it was a bit difficult and complex to get it back.
