the staff was kind, they let us leave our luggage at the hotel on departure day for some time and called us a taxi. There was also water provided at the downstairs lobby for guests. There was AC in the room.

To be improved

The room (including the bathroom) had windows that looked inside the hotel. Due to this, you could hear the guests when they arrived later (echos) and the bathroom was harder to ventilate. The hotel is in a lively neighborhood with bars nearby but a bit further away from the city center by foot.
