“Great location to old town”
The best

Great location, super close to everything in old town and easily walkable. Has a lift and washing machine which is great if you’re mid long trip. Comfortable bed and bathroom facilities

Slightly noisy as on a main road but definitely manageable

“Beautiful apartment in the heart of Sevilla!”
The best

We had a great 1 night stay at Nüa Torreón, I would have even loved to stay longer! We got upgraded to the Atico apartment suite and it was beautiful, clean, spacious. Unfortunately due to the heat outside, we couldn’t enjoy our private terrace/rooftop but next time we come back to Sevilla (not during the hot summer period), I will definitely check if the Atico is available to enjoy the terrace. Highly recommend!

To be improved

The fact that you don’t see the staff can be a bit surprising. Also, we were hearing sometimes people outside the door of the apartment that were probably going to the rooftop so we were just remaining watchful.

“Spacious Apartment in Great Location”
The best

The apartment was very spacious and despite being on a busy road junction, it was quiet. Although we didn't cook as we only had a short stay, the kitchen seemed very well set up with fridge, dishwasher and plenty of crockery. There is a free washer and dryer on the top floor but airers in the apartments would be useful. Location was perfect, near the old town and the attractions. The rooftop terrace was a bonus.

To be improved

Check in was via an app as there is no manned reception, so it requires downloading prior to arrival. You then need to scan passports or ID which is authorised and access codes issued. This is not instant so best done in advance. I ended up having to walk in extreme heat to the sister hotel reception, which is manned to receive the entry codes for the apartments.
