“It was the worst apartment that we have ever had on our vacation”

Absolutely anything! The apartment was just afwul. We stayed for 18 nights and unfortunately we booked this apartment for our whole vacation. There was terrible humidity and mold EVERYWHERE. We were not able to sleep there because it made us cough. In addition the apartment was so so dirty and no cleaning stuff there, so we had to buy everything. When we arrived, they did not have any clean towels or bedsheets! On our first day we arrived to the apartment at the time that we agreed on with the host, but he was more than an hour late! There was no place to put our car to wait for him so we were just driving around the buildings to wait. The apartment was on the ground floor and both 2 balcony doors were broken and were unlocked all the time! Not SAFE! One day when it was raining we had so bad water problems and the water started to come inside. We needed to stay in the apartment to carry the water from the balcony to the kitchen sink. I will add photos and videos of it. It was terrible. The apartment totally ruined our vacation amd host gave us no compensation. We were deeply disappointed!
